It can detect a rf signal of power from -74dBm to 18dBm, and convert the RF signal into a DC voltage output.
The higher radio frequency signal range or power is, the higher output voltage will be; output voltage is proportional to logarithm of input signal range.
Widely used for RF signal detection, signal power measurement, environment field strength detection, can also be used as a part of automatic gain control and automatic level control.
It can be made into 1mw ~ 1kw RF power meter after appropriate transformation.
