How to Use
Installation instructions for the rope:
Install the rope clockwise into the nut hole on the turntable, and tighten the nut firmly. If there are 2 ropes, you can install the second rope into the opposite nut installation hole.
Machine operation panel use and remote control
Instructions for use of the machine operation panel:
- Power switch: the power switch is on when it is on, and when it is off, it is off.
- After turning on the power, touch the start or stop button to make the machine run, the default speed is 1 gear.
- 1-10-20 gears, corresponding to the number of times per minute in the table (Note: when using 2 rods, the number of turns per minute x 2 times)
- Display window: The default display is the total number of skipping ropes. When switching the speed, the window displays the speed. After 5 seconds of flash training, it will switch back to the total number of times.
- The machine will stop automatically after 20 minutes by default, you need to press the start button again to make the machine run.
- Remote control receiving window: Receive remote control operation signals
- Use a regular 5V mobile phone charger with the included Type C charging cable. Note that the Type C plug must be plugged in tightly before charging.
- During charging, the charging indicator light is red, and the indicator light turns green, indicating that it is fully charged.
Remote Control Instructions
Running stop button: After turning on the power of the host, press it once to turn it on, and press it again to turn it off.
Speed plus and minus keys: After running the host, press the + or - keys to change the running speed, there are 1-20 gears to choose from.
