How to Use:
- Connect accessories to start: Insert the power cable into the socket and turn on the power switch. The device display light on, connect the finger training control terminal, connect the mirror control terminal.
- Select the exercise mode: click "Conventional" and "Mirror" in the operation panel, and the system will switch the working mode: Conventional training mode: the affected hand will wear the training control terminal, open all fingers, set the training parameters (flexion time, training time), click "Start", and the fingers will be stretched. When the switch time is reached, the fingers will flexion and repeat the operation. The work will be completed after the set training time is reached. In the mirror mode training, the affected hand wears the training control end, and the treating hand wears the mirror control end. The five fingers should remain open at the control end of the mirror.
- Set the working time: Click "Time" to adjust the working time as required. Add 5 minutes to your workday.
- Setting of flexion and extension time: click "flexion and extension" and "Straighten" to adjust the flexion and extension time. Start up exercise: Click the "Start/Stop" button on the interface to start and stop the device. After the device starts to work, the countdown will start. After the working time ends, the device will automatically stop working.
