Use and maintenance:
- During use, the pressure interface shall be installed on the test site of the pressure measuring system.The connecting thread of the pressure gauge joint shall match the thread of the pressure gauge hose.
- The pressure device can also be measured when the hydraulic system is in operation, but the user should confirm that the pressure point of the pressure gauge is within the range.
- The pressure device shall be laid flat, and the distance between the pressure measuring point and the pressure device shall not exceed 85% of the length of the hose.
- During pressure measurement, connect the pressure measuring hose to the corresponding pressure gauge connector, then unscrew the dust cover of the pressure measuring connector and connect the other end of the pressure measuring hose to the pressure measuring connector, so that the user can conduct pressure detection.
- After measuring the pressure, first unscrew the pressure measuring hose connected to the pressure connector, screw on the dust cover, and then unscrew the pressure measuring hose connected to the corresponding pressure gauge connector.
- After the test, wipe the oil off the pressure device, cover it and lock it.
- Equipment should be carefully used and stored, and pressure gauges should be checked after six months.
