Fitment:
Diaphragm pump is applicable to pressurized water supply for motorhomes and yachts, electric spray, cleaning machines, heaters, drinking fountains, medical equipment, distillation equipment, conventional industrial support, and any other pressurization system.
Note:
- The pump can be installed in any position. If installed vertically, the pump head should be in the downward position to avoid leakage into the motor housing in case of failure.
- The air inlet hose must be at least a reinforced hose with an inner diameter of 3/8in (10mm). The main distribution pipeline at the pump outlet shall also have an internal diameter of 3/8in (10mm), and the internal diameter from the branch and independent supply pipeline to the outlet shall not be less than 3/8in (10mm).
- After installation, check the voltage of pump motor. Check the voltage when the pump is running. The pump motor must always be supplied with full voltage.
- Do not apply inlet pressure exceeding 30 PSI. In general, try to avoid any inlet pressure.
- Connect the system with high pressure (twice the pump rating) and braided flexible pipes to minimize vibration and noise.
