Operation:
grounded outlet; After power-on, the temperature displays the actual environmental temperature, LED displays 3 minutes (default ultrasonic time).
2. Time setting: Press the TIME+/TIME- shortly at a time means time
increase/reduce 1min at a time, press and hold time switch continuously will increase/reduce by 10mins. The cleaning stops when the timer counts down to 00:00. If the unit needs to be stopped before the timer runs up, press Ultrasonic frequency button.
NOTE: Do not run the cleaner continuously for more than one hour
3. Temperature setting: Press temperature+/temperature-shortly at a
time means time increase or reduce 1 at a time, press and hold time switch continuously will increase/reduce by 10 . Usually, the best cleaning temperature is within 40 to 60.
4. After time and heat setting, press Heating or ultrasonic button to start both
function. If press the ultrasonicagain , the ultrasonic function will stop , and the heating function will stop at the same time. If want to keep heating, need to pressheating button again.
5. Degas mode: work intermittentlyi.e., 6s ON + 2s OFF working mode. It can
clean items deeply and efficiently.
6. Empty the tank and clean both the outside and inside of the cleaner with a clean
and dry cloth for next use.
NOTE: Do not pour water out until its cooling, because of hot water will hurt you and also empty burn will damage the machine itself.
Q: What is an ultrasonic cleaner?
A: Ultrasonic cleaning is based on the cavitation effect caused by high frequency ultrasonic wave vibration signal in the fluid. Microscopic bubbles are formed, and then implode violently causing the cavitation which create an intense scrubbing action on the surface of the item being cleaned. The bubbles are small through to penetrate microscopic crevices, cleaning them thoroughly and consistently.
Q: Which products can I clean this model?
A: Many products can be cleaned. Such as glasses, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, electronics, watches, dentures, printer ink heads, shaver head, nib, coins, badges, pacifiers, etc.
Q: Which washer liquid can be properly added for better cleaning during the cleaning process?
A: You can add cleaning liquid or detergent, such as: detergent, soapy water, disinfectant, etc. However, do not add acid or alkaline solution to the machine to prevent ABS corrosion damage.
Q: Common products have 40HZ or 33HZ. What is the difference between these two different frequencies?
A: These products are divided into high frequency and low frequency. Generally, the high frequency has 40HZ and 42HZ, and the low frequency generally has 28HZ and 33HZ. The higher the frequency, the larger the number of bubbles generated, the smaller the bubbles, and the better the cleaning effect for some blind holes; the lower the frequency, the smaller the number of bubbles generated and the larger the bubbles, which is suitable for cleaning large surfaces. Products with both frequencies can be better cleaned.
Q: What is the degassing function? What is the use of this feature?
A: The ultrasonic cleaning machine will discharge the air inside the cleaning liquid during use. During the use process, the air content in the cleaning liquid will be reduced. If the cleaning time is too long, ultrasonic fatigue will occur, which will affect the cleaning effect. The degassing function is that during the use of the washing machine, the equipment stops vibrating periodically for a short period of time. During the vibration stoppage, the outside air is injected into the cleaning liquid due to the pressure difference between the inside of the cleaning liquid and the atmosphere. This can achieve a better cleaning effect.
Q: What is the Power Sweep function?
A: The product has two frequencies, high and low. If only one frequency is used for cleaning, the cleaning effect is not satisfactory. The Power Sweep function works alternately between high and low frequencies. After a high frequency operation for a period of time, it automatically switches to low frequency for a period of time.
