How to Use:
- Fix the machine and heat the mold
Put the welding machine on the bracket, install the mold on the machine, and fix it tightly with a wrench. The small mold is usually placed in the front and the large mold is placed in the back.
- Turn on the power and start operating the welding machine
Turn on the power supply (the power supply must have a leakage protector), fix the corresponding mold on the machine according to the size, and then heat the machine. When the red indicator light is on, means the temperature is gradually increasing. If the green light is on, it means the temperature Heating is being stopped. When the red indicator light lights up again, it means that the pipe welding machine is under control, and now the temperature remains unchanged, and you can start working.
- Welding
Cut the plastic pipe vertically with a cutting machine, then put the pipe and pipe fittings into the mold, take the pipe out of the mold when the heating time is reached, and connect the pipe and pipe fittings after the flange is formed.
