Note:
- When choosing a product, you should leave a different margin in the current grade according to the nature of the load. (For resistive load, it can be selected by 2 to 3 times the load current. For inductive or capacitive load, it can be selected by 3 to 5 times the load current, and for the motor it is more than 5 times.)
- According to the relationship between the load current and the ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is high or the heat dissipation conditions are not good. The current capacity should be increased. In order to prevent the load from being short circuited during use, it is required to connect a fast disconnect switch or fast fuse corresponding to this product in series in the load circuit.
- During installation, the contact surface between the radiator and the product must be flat and clean, and a layer of thermally conductive silicone grease should be evenly coated on the surface, and finally the screws with flat washers and spring washers should be tightened symmetrically.
- When the solid state relay is shut down for the first time, the fixing screws should be tightened while the residual temperature is still there to make the solid state relay base plate and the surface of the radiator closely contact to achieve the ideal heat dissipation effect.
- The nominal current of different models of solid state relays is the nominal current when the ambient temperature is 40, so the heat dissipation must be sufficient! !
- Be careful not to use a multimeter on the load side to betray the quality of the product!
