How to Use:
- Working air pressure 6.3-8kgf/cm
- Hydraulic oil grade 46
- Observe from the end of the rivet gun receding hole before use to ensure that the claw set is open in a round hole state and that the channel is free of foreign objects before normal use.
- The rear guide should be completely screwed into the oil piston rod, and then locked with the reverse rotation of the stop nut. The front and rear catheter is also a threaded fit, should be completely screwed in, if the brake ring buckle can not be aligned with the front and rear catheter at the same time, the front catheter can be slightly rotated in the opposite direction to coincide with the brake ring buckle. Note: The front catheter should not be rotated in the opposite direction for more than 1 circumference.
- It is recommended that after every 10,000 uses, clean the claw piece, front and rear guide, and the aluminum or iron chips in the front tube.
- When the rivet gun is used for a long time, the stroke may be shortened and cannot be pulled off at once, please replenish 46 anti wear hydraulic oil in time.
a. If you replenish or replace a large amount of hydraulic oil, you must add hydraulic oil directly to the cylinder under the premise that the rivet gun claw piece, front and rear guide, brake ring, front tube and other parts have been installed, and then disassemble the cylinder and air piston.
b. For a small amount of additional hydraulic oil, first put the rivet gun down, let the oiling hole face upward, remove the screw, inject hydraulic oil with a syringe until you feel resistance, put on the screw and tighten it.
- It is strictly prohibited to add any lubricant directly from the air source inlet.
- The air source must be connected to the pneumatic triplet, the air compressor and the pneumatic triplet should be drained every day.
