How to Use:
- Working air pressure: 6.38kgf/cm.
- Hydraulic oil grade 46#.
- Before use, observe from the tail end of the rivet gun to ensure that the claw group is open and in a circular hole state, and that there are no foreign objects obstructing the rivet nut withdrawing channel before normal use.
- The rear guide tube should be completely screwed into the oil piston rod, and then locked by reverse rotation with a locking nut. The front and rear guide tubes are also threaded and should be fully screwed in. If the brake ring clamp cannot align with the front and rear guide tubes at the same time, the front guide tube can be slightly rotated in the opposite direction to match the brake ring clamp. Attention: The front guide tube should not be loosened in the opposite direction by more than one circle.
- It is recommended to clean the claw, front and rear guide tubes, and aluminum or iron filings inside the front guide tube every 10000 times after pulling.
- After using the rivet gun for a long time, the stroke may be shortened and the rivet cannot be broken at once. Please supplement 46# anti wear hydraulic oil in a timely manner.
a. If a large amount of hydraulic oil is replenished or replaced, it is necessary to disassemble the cylinder and air piston after the installation of the rivet gun claw, front and rear guide tubes, brake ring, front pipe and other spare parts, and directly add hydraulic oil to the cylinder.
b. If a small amount of hydraulic oil is added, first place the nail pulling gun down, upwards the oil filling hole horizontally, remove the screw, inject hydraulic oil with a syringe until resistance is felt, and then install the screw and tighten it.
- It is strictly prohibited to directly add any lubricating oil from the air source inlet.
- The air source must be connected to the pneumatic triplet, and the air compressor and pneumatic triplet must be drained daily.
