Note:
- During induction heating, the power is very high. In addition to the PCB board and electronic components, the heating coil also generates a large amount of heat. To avoid burning the heating coil and affecting the entire system, it is necessary to provide a cooling water pump for the heating coil;
- It is inevitable to generate heat during high power operation, so a fan should be used to effectively dissipate heat while working;
- When the heating machine is working, the heating coil will generate high heat, and water cooling must be used to cool the heating coil to avoid damage to the motherboard due to high temperatures;
- The power input terminal is marked with positive and negative poles, do not reverse connect, and absolutely prohibit the use of AC power!!
- The heating coil may deform during transportation, causing a short circuit between layers. Please separate it before connecting the motherboard, otherwise overload may occur and the motherboard may be burned out;
- Do not power on the board with no load (here, no load refers to the output not connected to any load, connecting the heating coil without heating the object is not considered no load), otherwise the board will emit high frequency noise, instantly burn out the motherboard, and be completely scrapped!
Features:
1GREAT HEAT DISSIPATION: This induction heating board adopts super large PCB layout design and heat sink, with silent fan, providing good heat dissipation. 2COPPER COLUMN OUTPUT: The output end uses three M4 copper columns in parallel, which can be connected to other outputs such as high voltage packs. 3EXCELLENT COMPONENTS: The induction heating module uses four IRFP260 and nine capacitors in parallel resonance, with high power and efficiency. 4HIGH POWER: This induction heating circuit uses a 12 to 48V low voltage DC power supply, with a maximum current of 40A and a maximum power of 1800W. 5WIDE USAGE: Can be used by DIY players to perform heat treatment such as quenching and annealing on small parts, and can also be paired with a graphite crucible to smelt metals, heating evenly and quickly.
