How To Use:
Direct Injection Plasma Cleaner Installation:
- Prepare a 10A 3 holes power socket, use the equipment supporting the power cord connected to the host's power input socket.
- An earth line in line with the specifications, connected to the ground terminal at the end of the host. This is very important.
- The oil free and water free stable gas source which is not less than 3KG (recommended to be more than 5KG), need to be connected with the compressed gas input port of the host.
- Choose a ventilated place to place the host, to ensure the heat dissipation of the host.
- According to the location of the target to be treated, fix the plasma spray gun.

Carefully read the manual to determine the required operating mode and control mode, make the external control line according to the requirements of the manual, connect the control line to the back of the host corresponding control input port.
Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Cleaner operation:

Use the random configuration of the power cord to connect the AC220V power supply to 220VAC power input socket reliably.
- Connect the dry gas source to the gas input connector end (gas tube size of 8mm).
- Adjust the air pressure control knob, adjust the air pressure meter reading to 0.2MPa (2Kg), Note: Too large and too small air pressure will affect the treatment effect.
- Turn the boat switch upward to ON position, pay attention to observe the cooling and whether the fan is working properly and whether the power meter is displayed.
- Press the start button, the gun head spray plasma, the equipment is in the working state.
- When working, the power meter displayed on the panel of the host will be stable, the fluctuation is about +5w which is normal display.
- When stopping the work, first press the stop button, and then turn the boat switch down to the OFF position.
- When using the plasma output control terminal, be sure to use a mechanical control switch or an electrical control switch. When using an electrical control switch, be sure to use an electrically isolated switch such as a relay.
