This Mug was made according to ancient Ukrainian technology with the use of cow's milk.
After the first Roasting, the Mug is dipped into milk, then the mug goes through one more roasting, the milk fills all pores and caramelizes, which gives the glaze effect.
Each piece has been handcrafted from stoneware in Ukraine and is suitable for use in the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer.
The Mugis totally handmade, without use of lathe. Each product is unique and handmade produced on a potters wheel with no casting or mechanical stamping.

Production Method: I usually start a day from my working space and clay preparation. It takes approximately 3 -6 hours of working on the product, depending on the product itself. Then I gather all raw products to fill the furnace and fire a set of items. The whole process takes about one day. A temperature for firing has to be from 950 to 1200 degrees.
