PREPARATION: To prepare the beef, just soak it in cold or warm water for 3 hours and cook. These cubes are universal and can be used in a variety of dishes! If you wish to add some flavor to them, you can even rehydrate them in the watered down marinade. Once we rehydrated the cubes, we used one portion for a delicious beef stew cooked in a crock pot and another portion for tender, mouth-watering kebabs.
