For B-e-nz models:
Put Easy Chcker on the EIS and put your IR key into the EIS. The lamp is on but not off, then the EIS and the key are normal, the lamp is turned on and off, then the EIS is normal, the key is abnormal, the lamp is on but not off, but the car still cannot be started, please check whether the ESL steering wheel lock and the key are normal. If the light is not on, the EIS is abnormal.
For B-M-W model:
EWS system:
Put Easy Checker on EWS (no need to insert key). If the light is on, it means EWS is normal (can be used for E46/E39/E53). Insert the simple checker into EWS (insert key). The light stays on. Then both the key and EWS are normal. The light turns on and then turns off. Then EWS is normal. The key is abnormal. The light stays on but the car still cannot start. Please check whether the key is normal, CAS system (for 1 series/3 series/5 series/7 series) places Easy Checker directly on CAS and inserts the key. The light is on but not off, then CAS and key are normal, lit and then off, then CAS is normal, but the key is abnormal
For A-U-D-I/VW models:
Smart key slot key, place Easy Checker directly on EZS and insert the key, the light will be on but not off, then EZS and key OK, the light will be on and off, then EZS is normal, the key is abnormal
