Features:
K-0271 (high strength thread anaerobic sealant) is a single component, medium viscosity, high strength anaerobic thread anaerobic sealant. The thread anaerobic sealant is cured between two closely matched metal surfaces and is isolated from the air.
Applications:
The threaded anaerobic sealant prevents loosening and leakage of threaded fasteners. Used for permanent locking and sealing of thread fasteners below M36 to prevent thread corrosion.
Typical use: Double-head stud screw-in end locking (such as cylinder head double-head bolts).

Instructions for use:
The coated surface should be cleaned, dry and free of grease.
Apply enough glue to the bolts to fill all the engaging threads. The thin rubber layer below 0.05 mm works best.
For extra-large threads, a large clearance will affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product reduces friction (torque-to-tension ratio) caused by assembly. In applications where the thread needs to be tightened to a critical value, this ratio needs to be determined in advance.
Notes for use:
This thread anaerobic sealant is not suitable for use on plastic parts; in order to avoid contamination of the original glue solution, please do not pour the glue solution back into the original packaging.
Safety Precautions:
This thread anaerobic sealant contains methacrylate and has irritating effects on the skin and eyes. If it comes into contact with the skin, it should be washed immediately with water; if it comes in contact with the eyes, it should be immediately washed with water and taken to the hospital for treatment.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place under a temperature range of 15 to 28 , with a shelf life of up to 24 months
