Suggested Using Steps:
Step 1: Install the device and power on the device.
Step 2: User registration, fingerprint ID registration, password and privileges set.
Step 3: Verify user identity and confirm whether the registered fingerprint, ID and password are available.
Step 4: Insert the USB flash disk, enter the "shift setting" of the main menu, download the shift, then pull out the USB flash disk and insert it into the computer, open the attendance setting table, and set the shift and personnel.
Step 5: Insert the USB flash disk into the attendance machine, enter the "shift setting" of the main menu, and upload the attendance setting table.
Step 6: Check whether the equipment time is accurate. After the confirmation is completed, you can start attendance.
Step 7: At the end of the month, enter the main menu "download report" of the attendance machine, and download the standard report through the USB flash disk, and then go to the computer statistics.
The User Interface of the Device is Shown in the Figure:
Attendance Status: Close to the front of the device, display the scanning status on the screen, and the information will be displayed after fingerprint recognition, ID recognition, employee identification or password.
Date and Time: Display the current device time. The date and time can be calibrated in the elapsed time in the advanced settings menu. Press the menu button in the user interface, fingerprint recognition, ID card recognition or password recognition administrator enters the main menu interface.
