How to use the product:
- Before using the welding machine, check whether the power supply meets the operating voltage. Connect the screws of the corresponding polarity to the output wiring of the welding machine (the nut should be tightened when the output wire is connected to the output pole).
- When working, use the clamp on the output black line to clamp the workpiece, close to the tungsten needle. The distance depends on the size and shape of the workpiece. Generally, the distance between the tungsten needle and the workpiece is between 0.5-1 mm. After setting the welding position, click When the foot switch is activated, a high-temperature arc is generated between the workpiece and the tungsten needle to instantly weld the workpiece.
- The discharge end of the tungsten needle must be keep sharping before and during use to keep it in a good discharge state. In welding, the output pulse current can be changed according to the size of the workpiece, the size of the solder joint, and the process requirements to achieve the desired effect. When the potentiometer is turned clockwise (coarse adjustment, fine adjustment), the output pulse current increases, otherwise the output pulse current decreases.
Note: If the welding machine is placed in a humid place or when it is not used for a long time, it will be damp. If the above situation is found during use, it should be dried before use. The machine must be well grounded. Please pay attention to safety and correct operation when using it.
Foot switch precautions: Do not step on the foot switch for a long time. Remove it immediately after stepping on it. If the foot switch is stepped on for a long time, the machine will be in a short-circuit state, which will burn out the internal circuit.
