For best results, please charge the parent unit before use. After initial charge, charge normally as required. The parent unit can operate normally with the power adapter inserted into the device with the battery installed.
1. Plug the adapter into a power outlet. Connect the small end of the USB power cord to the parent unit of the DC jack. The power LED indicator will light up in red.
