Main Structure and Performance:
This product is a kind of enamel adhesive resin with methacrylic acid modified epoxy resin as the main material. This product is composed of liquid (Primer), paste (Paste) and etching agent.
Appearance: The liquid should be clear, free of impurities, and non-gelling.
Uniform Color: The paste should be free of impurities, no lumps, uniform filler distribution, uniform color distribution after coloring, and colorless.
Thermal Stability: When the enamel adhesive resin is heated to (501)C in a dense incubator, after keeping it for 24 hours, wait until the temperature drops below 23C and observe. Any composition in it shall not appear thickened or agglomerated , Solidification, discoloration, taste change and other phenomena.
Bonding Shear Strength: Bonding shear strength to metal brackets is greater than 17MPa. Etching agent is a translucent gel, containing phosphoric acid, and its phosphoric acid content is within the range of (37%2%).
Sensitivity to Ambient Light: The enamel adhesive resin is used as a lamp under (8000+1000) Lx illumination, irradiated for (605) seconds and then observed with the naked eye, the material should maintain physical uniformity
Two-Way Discoloration: The paste is the original color below 25C. After the temperature is raised, it becomes colorless at 322C. Then lower the temperature and change to the original color at 252C.
Contraindications:
Patients with untreated gum disease and periodontal disease; pregnant women; patients with allergies and a history of medicine allergy.
Usage:
- Tooth preparation: Clean the enamel surface of the tooth, remove the dirt on the tooth surface, and rinse it with water; isolate the tooth and dry the tooth surface with an oil-free and moisture-free gun.
- Acid-etched tooth surface: Apply acid-etching agent on the tooth surface, after about 50-60 seconds, rinse thoroughly with water, blow dry, and the tooth surface will be chalky after acid etching. If there is no chalkiness, prolong the etching time.
- Primer: Use a small brush to brush a thin layer of liquid agent on the acid-etched surface of the tooth, and then use a small brush to brush a thin layer on the bottom of the bracket (wet it).
- Adhesion: Use a mixing stick to apply a small amount of paste to the bonding surface of the bracket to form a thin layer. After the paste is applied, immediately bond the bracket to the tooth surface. Correct the position of the brackets and press for 5-10 seconds to prevent the brackets from sliding: and remove excess liquid and paste.
- Light curing: For metal brackets, use a light curing machine on both sides of the bracket to light for 10 seconds. The ceramic brackets are illuminated on the front of the brackets for 10 seconds. Orthodontic operations can be performed after the illumination (LED type is recommended for the light curing machine).
Note:
- Etching agent contains phosphoric acid, avoid contact with eyes and skin: once contacted, immediately rinse with soapy water.
- After the tooth surface is coated with the liquid, it can be illuminated for 2-3 seconds to increase the consistency of the liquid and prevent the movement of the bracket after positioning.
- Some people will have an allergic reactions to uncured resin and should avoid contact with gums or other soft tissues. In case of contact, immediately rinse with soap and water, and conduct treatment if necessary.
- This product is sensitive to light. Please keep it away from light if the product is not used up.
- The paste contains temperature-sensitive substances. When it is close to 34C, it will become colorless, and it will become the original color when it drops below 23C. Therefore, when bonding and unbonding, you can easily observe excess or residual stickiness. Knot agent.
- Orthodontic brackets for bonding must be qualified brackets produced by regular manufacturers, and the operation must be completed by a professional doctor.
