How to Use:
- Long press the power of the host to turn on for 3 seconds;
- Place the massage patch on the part of the body that needs to be massaged. Please wipe off the sweat from the contact area before use to make the patch adhere to the surface as much as possible (please note: the patch must be in direct contact with the skin, otherwise the remote control cannot adjust the strength of the host);
- Long press the M button for 3 seconds to turn on the remote control, the indicator lights up, lightly press the power button to change different modes, there are 6 modes in total;
- Pressto adjust the strength, there are 19 kinds of strength, select the mode according to individual needs;
- Long press the power button on the remote control or host for 3 seconds to shut down.
Note:
- The position of the host must be correctly fitted to the magnetic buckle;
- If the remote control is not operated during use, it will automatically shut down after 1 minute. When using it again, press the power button of the host to turn it on.
Tips:
- When using for the first time, it is recommended that you use the 1st-2nd low gear for 10 minutes, and then gradually increase the strength for exercise after getting used to it;
