Usage:
- Put the device on your lap, with the control panel facing up, and adjust the elastic band to the proper position.
- Long press the "Time on/off" button to power on , short press the "Time on/off" button to select the working time of 10/20/30 minutes.
- Press the "Mode" button to start or stop the "Vibration" and "Pulse" functions, and the indicator light is on.
- Press "down" and "on" button, adjust the "pulse (00-26)" and "vibration" (00-06) strength, make massage feels comfortable
- Press "Heating" button to select 65/55/45/ turn off heating function
- Long press "TIME ON/OFF" to turn OFF the device power.
- The device will beep to indicate that the battery is low and the vibration will stop. Please charge the battery.
- Please plug the USB cable into the 5V 2A adapter to charge the battery. The charging indicator light is red when the battery is low, and blue when the battery is full.
- In the "pulse" mode, place the two electrodes on the skin without touching each other. The distance between the two electrodes should be more than 2CM
