Usage:
- Wrap the tester around the inner side of the left wrist and stick the wrist band from bottom to top
- Paste the extra parts to the wristband from bottom to top
- Place the wristband at a distance of 10 ~ 15mm / 0.4 ~ 0.6in from the palm to the wrist (about one finger width)
- When measuring your blood pressure, be sure to keep it at the same height as your heart
