How to use:
Power Button: Long press the button for 3 seconds to turn on the machine, long press the button again for 3 seconds to turn off

Micro-Current Button: There are nine levels of micro-current. The default is one after turning on. The 9-level is a cycle. After 9 clicks, the micro-current function can be turned off. The micro-current function needs to be used with essential oils for better effect. You should start with the lower gear. At first, avoid discomfort caused by excessive micro current.
Thermal energy button: There are nine levels of thermal energy. The default is one after the power is turned on. The 9 levels are a cycle. After 9 clicks, the thermal energy function can be turned off. This function has a heating effect. People who are not sensitive to heat need to be careful to use it. The part should not be used for too long, please adjust the size of the gear according to personal needs to avoid discomfort or burns.
Vibration massage button: There are three levels of vibration massage function. The default level is one after the power is turned on, and the third level is a cycle. The vibration massage function can be turned off after three clicks.
Massage Method:
How to use: From top to bottom, first massage the head, neck, back, waist or abdomen, hind limbs, first massage the left side of the body, then massage the right side of the body;
Head: Use the meridian brush from the front of the forehead to the back of the brain, no lubricant is required, each part is dredged about 30 times, and it is appropriate to scrape until the head feels hot
Neck: Scrape the neck from top to bottom.
Back: Dredge from top to bottom
Chest: Scrape the midline of the abdomen from top to bottom with a brush. Both sides of the chest are bounded by the meridian of the front midline of the body
Abdomen: Scrape the abdomen from top to bottom (if there is sagging of internal organs, it should be dredged from bottom to top) or spirally in a circle
Upper limbs: dredge from top to bottom.
Lower limbs: dredge from bottom to top
Sole of feet: Massage from heel to foot.

- If the body has varicose veins, it is not suitable for use
- Use should be postponed during pregnancy or menstruation
- Do not use when charging, keep away from flammable materials when charging
- Do not use for a long time, the best massage time is 15 minutes
