Use Process:
- Check before starting
A: is there enough oil in the storage tank
B: is the sealing ring of the tank cover in a fixed position? Is it tight?
C: is the air source connected properly?
D: is the power supply connected well
E: check the air pressure range (2.2kg/c-2.5kg/c)
- Turn on the power supply and oil the handpiece according to the panel keys according to your needs
- Digital display control instructions
A: press "SET", SET the filling time of the corresponding interface, press the corresponding digital display tube twinkle when after click "+" or "-" to adjust filling time, filling time from 0 seconds to select 50 seconds (suggest SET up 20 s), if don't need to work into the corresponding joint after logo only need to press SET key twice, digital tube display as "00", said the digital display tube corresponding interface does not work
B: press "START". After pressing this key, the oiler starts to work
C: press "AIR", which is the spare AIR blowing key. After pressing this key, the lubricator will start to blow AIR on the selected interface to clear the excess oil in the phone. Normally, no operation is required
D: the oil quantity display bar in the lower left corner of the panel shows the current oil quantity in the storage tank. When the oil quantity is lower than the green line, the oil quantity should be added to the storage tank. The oil quantity should not exceed the red line
E: the knob in the upper left corner of the panel is the tank cover. When the oiler is working, make sure that the sealing ring is on the knob and tighten the knob
