Normal Temperature and Measurement Method:
Generally, the oral temperature of an adult in a quiet state in the morning is 36.3-37.2 . Axillary temperature is 0.2-0.5lower than oral temperature, and rectal temperature (anal temperature) is 0.2-0.6higher than oral temperature
1. Mouth test method: use a cotton swab or toilet paper to dilute the temperature-sensing body. Close the lips for about 1 minute before measuring with an electronic thermometer to stabilize the oral temperature. Close your lips and let it stand for 1 minute before taking the reading. The normal value is 36.3-37.2.
2. Axillary method: It is a commonly used method for measuring body temperature. Dry the axillary sweat, turn on the electronic thermometer switches, and place the thermometer probe in the center or top of the axillary arm. The normal value is 36-37 .
