How to use:
- Clip the hook and loop fasteners to the LED belt, making sure that the plastic hook is facing upwards.
- Insert the elastic strap hook and loop fasteners into another hole of the strap and stick it together to form a closed loop.
- Put it on the arm/leg and tighten it. You can adjust the length of the elastic strap to get a better fit.
