1The K24 intake manifold adapter is an easy way to install the K20 style manifold on the K24 valve head. The recirculation fittings on the K24 are usually part of the intake manifold, not part of the K20 intake manifold. 2The adapter we designed can be used with all K24 heads, including K24Z series (R40) heads. It can also be used to install K20 manifolds or cut RBC manifolds, because the water bypass pipe is slightly different, and the intake manifold adapter is not required when using the adapter. 3The adapter also has a 1/8 NPT port for exchanging the coolant temperature sensor commonly used in automobiles. The intake manifold adapter can be installed using our spring-loaded tabs or tapping on the head. 4Provides a strong seal and when using springloaded tabs, there will be no leakage when the adapter is not under pressure. 5The spring-loaded tongue presses the adapter down with a constant spring pressure to ensure a tight fit and seal. You can use the blind hole provided, you can easily hit the head of the second hole.
