1. Pour parts cleaning agent or lubricating oil into the middle side of the handle and the grip and shake it back and forth on the grip, then you can pull out the grip and save it for future use, if you no longer need it, you can cut and remove the grip with a knife. Please follow the respective removal methods for metal handles.
2. Please pull out the throttle cable from the throttle core before replacing the throttle core in the accessories. If the cable is too hard or pulled hard, it will cause danger. Be sure to pull the cable loosely before pulling it out.
3. The cable inside the throttle core is loosened a bit. If the throttle core is replaced, please adjust the tightness of the throttle cable to a proper tightness. When adjusting, make sure that the throttle valve can operate smoothly.
4. Apply adhesive on the handle. If it is too thick, it may ooze and cause stains. Please spread the adhesive thinly using a thick cardboard or a scraper, etc., and then insert the grip. There is a hex screw on the controller side, be sure to loosen the screws before inserting, and then tighten them at the end.
5. After the power is turned on, the indicator light flashes three times and enters the standby mode (green light flashes-normal, red light flashes less than the operating voltage). The heater has five temperature adjustments. Through the switch control, the light changes from blue to red, and the output will gradually increase at a rate of 20% each time. If the light flashes or goes out, it means that the voltage has dropped and you need to replace the battery or Replace the line.
