4. Usage:
1) After the machine is powered on, rotate the voltage regulating switch and observe the red heat of the upper blade at the same time. Generally, the knife temperature should be adjusted to the degree of slightly red to orange, which should be determined according to the actual size of the chicken.
2). When the knife is red, start the motor and fan to start the boat switch immediately.
3). Select the opening of the micro knife according to the size of the chicken, then steady the chicken's feet with the left hand, press the back of the chicken's head with the right thumb, and press the throat with the forefinger.Press the chicken beak into the hole of the knife, after the knife falls, stop bleeding for 2-3 seconds.
4). If it is found that the blade is hot but not red, first check whether the fixing screw of the blade is tightened, and then check the oxide skin of the blade. If the oxide skin is too thick, remove the moving blade and remove the oxide skin with fine emery cloth.
