Common problems and solutions:
The equipment could not be connected to a PLC or computer, there are possible reasons:
- The computer has multiple COM ports, the selected port is not correct
- Address error or devices with duplicate address (factory default is 1).
- Baud rate, calibration method, data bit and stop bit error.
- 485 is disconnected, or line A and B are connected in reverse
- Equipment wiring is too long, or too much should be nearby power supply, plus 485 enhancer, at the same time an increase of 120terminal resistance.
- USB to 485 driver is not installed or damaged.
- Equipment damage.
