Installation Instructions
1. Before installation, loosen the screws on the handle of the switch valve with a small hex wrench and remove the handle.
2 Use a cross screwdriver to loosen the two cover screws to separate the cover from the valve core.
3. According to the correct orientation of the valve core assembly "front", let the valve core handle through the sink installation hole under the sink.
4. Orienting the cover plate at the same time and lock the two screws of the cover plate.
5. Lock the handle on the valve core handle in the correct direction.
Precautions for installation and maintenance:
- Paint, coating or acid mist will corrode the surface of the faucet, so the faucet should be installed after other processes are completed and the bathroom is cleaned.
- Before installing the faucet, the water source switch must be turned on to remove the remaining impurities and silt in the tap water pipe, so as not to block the faucet and affect the water outlet. If the above consequences are caused by negligence, please check according to the following methods:
(1). Please remove the hot and cold water inlet hose (connecting the angle valve) and check whether there are impurities in the hose and the rubber ring with the filter, and rinse and clean it, and then reinstall the hose after it can be resolved. can;
(2). Make sure that the hose is not clogged, check the bubbler in the water nozzle, remove the bubbler and rinse it and it can return to normal (Note: After flushing the bubbler and reinstalling it, do not missing the rubber sealing ring of the bubbler ).
(3). If the above two methods have not been solved, remove the handle, take out the valve core to check whether there is any blockage of impurities, and clean the mixed water inlet and outlet pipelines, and reinstall them after the solution.
- In order to make sure the normal operation of the valve core, the minimum water pressure should be 0.05MPa, and the maximum working pressure of flower wine should be 0.6MPa. If the water pressure exceeds 0.6MPa, a pressure reducing valve must be installed. The maximum working temperature of the faucet is less than 80C, so that the ambient temperature is greater than 0C and less than 50C. Avoid icing in the tube of the faucet and damage the product.
- The main body of the faucet has been inspected and debugged by the factory, please do not disassemble and assemble at will. After the faucet is installed, you must carefully check whether the connections are tight and whether the pipeline leaks. When installing the water inlet hose, do not wrap the sealing tape, do not use pliers and wrenches, just tighten it by hand, otherwise the hose will be damaged.
- Please do not use unsuitable tools (such as abrasive brushes, steel wire balls and scouring pads, etc.) or corrosive cleaning agents to clean your faucet. If deposits appear on the surface of the faucet, please apply a layer of toothpaste on the surface of the faucet, and then dry the faucet with a clean 100% cotton cloth.
