In the battery (if necessary), the connections must be made as follows:
- Connect the positive (red) to the positive (+) terminal on the battery
- Connect the negative (black) to the negative (-) terminal on the battery
Standby Mode:
When the intelligent battery management function puts the unit into standby mode, the battery charge is below the "safe operating level". In standby mode, the unit continues, but it does not provide pulses to the electric fence. When the solar panel is charged, the unit will resume delivering pulsed batteries above a "safe operating level".
