The reason why the dosing device does not produce water:
The direction of the water flow is reversed, and the elimination method is to correct the direction of the water inflow.
The water pressure is too low and the dosing device cannot be started normally. The solution method is to install a supercharger to increase the water pressure.
- Investigate the reasons why the dosing device does not suck medicine:
When the new machine is assembled, the suction tube and the connection part of the mouth must not leak. The leakage will cause the dosing device to not suck the medicine, or when the dosing device is stopped, the liquid medicine will flow back to the medicine barrel and the suction tube will become empty, and the liquid medicine will be sucked. Stop sucking up halfway. These phenomena are caused by air leakage when the suction tube is not installed properly. The medicine tube is not installed properly, and the interface is leaking, reminding: serious air leakage or small water output cannot be judged by this method) To prevent air leakage, you can apply a layer of sealing grease on the outer side of the mouth when installing the suction tube. Then plug in the suction tube and lock the suction tube fixing nut.
If it has been used for a period of time, the working sound of the dosing device becomes slower or there is no working sound. The troubleshooting method: unscrew the upper cover and replace the two large sealing rings on the movement. If the movement sound is normal, the dosing device does not suck or the amount of medicine is reduced, you can unscrew the big black nut in the middle, unplug the lower part of the pump body as a whole, replace the small sealing ring on the medicine lifting rod and apply it Bring your own sealant maintenance agent. The small dense ring with grooves on the movement must be replaced regularly and the maintenance agent must be applied, otherwise the medicine will not be absorbed.
- Dealing with the problem of water entering the medicine barrel:
Clean and install the bottom valve of the suction hose or replace the bottom valve (generally only a flush is enough, rarely need to replace the bottom valve)
Reason: The water return to the medicine barrel is due to the one-way function of the one-way valve that has dirty things. Just rinse it off.
- Treatment of water leakage in the middle of the dosing device:
Unscrew the upper cover with a professional tool, arrange the large sealing ring O ring inside, and place it in the sealing ring grooves of the dosing device, apply a little maintenance agent of the dosing device, and tighten it.
- Water seepage at the inlet and outlet:
There is a problem with the installation of the dosing device, the material tape at the thread is not properly tied, and it is not a problem with the dosing device (the material tape needs to be prepared by the customer).
- The liquid medicine enters the main pipeline in the reverse direction:
Install an anti siphon valve. The original country is that the thickness and flow distribution of the pipeline branch are unreasonable during the design of the pipeline. It is not a pump problem, but a pipeline design problem.

Tips for regular maintenance of the dosing device:
Each time the dosing device is used, about 50 tons of water flow out, and the upper cover must be opened to apply the maintenance agent on the movable parts. Especially the sealing ring and ejector rod should be applied frequently. The maintenance time is related to the water quality, the added liquid medicine and the amount of water passing. Failure to do maintenance will speed up the wear of parts and increase the failure rate.
Warning: The dosing device must be used within the parameters, the water inlet should be equipped with a water filter and a water regulator valve, and a water hammer absorber should be installed at the frequent opening and closing water inlet and outlet. Exceed the water output capacity of the dosing device, or work with high water volume for a long time, the dosing device should increase the frequency of maintenance. The water pressure is best controlled at 0.1-0.2 MPa so that the service life of the dosing device can be prolonged. If the viscosity of the chemical liquid is large, the viscosity must be reduced, otherwise it will cause the internal mechanical parts to break. It is forbidden to lengthen the suction tube without permission. Excessive length of the suction tube will damage the movement.
Tips: The three large, medium and small sealing rings in the plastic bag are spare parts. Keep them as spare parts and use them to replace the movement sealing rings after they are worn out to reduce wear and increase use time. The concentration of chemical solution added must not exceed the marked maximum value. Exceeding the standard may cause the machine to fail to work or be damaged.
Special reminder: The pump body is exposed to water pressure for a long time or the water hammer impact caused by frequent switching of water will cause plastic fatigue, decrease in strength, and water leakage and cracking. Always check the pump casing for damage or deformation, find problems or crack due to untimely inspection Parts need to be replaced. This is a prerequisite to ensure the normal use of the machine.
Installation and fixing:

The proportional pump must be installed vertically in accordance with the proportional pump on the top and the liquid suction pipe on the bottom.
- Fix the proportional pump to the wall or to other facilities.
- Install the water inlet and outlet of the proportional pump in accordance with the water flows direction marked on the pump body to ensure its airtightness. If the water outlet direction is reversed, it will not work and cause damage.
- Install a 120 mesh filter screen between the water valve and the inlet of the proportional pump (the filter screen is provided by the customer).

When the proportional pump starts to work normally, there will be a rattling sound. The faster the water is discharged, the higher the sound frequency.
Adjust the use concentration:

Pull out the upper U shaped plug of the proportional pump.
- Adjust the amount of liquid medicine added: Upward adjustment is to increase the amount of medicine inhaled. It is strictly forbidden to use it beyond the marked number range, otherwise it may be damaged. The downward adjustment is to reduce the amount of medicine inhaled. It must be adjusted and used within the range of marked numbers.
- After the adjustment is completed, insert the upper U shaped plug to prevent changes. It is strictly forbidden to pull out the U shaped plug below during use and without closing the water inlet. Illegal operations will cause damage.
- The dosage of liquid medicine is strictly prohibited to exceed the marked maximum value. Exceeding the standard will cause machine cannot work normally or be damaged.
