FV-1KHz10V Frequency Voltage Converter Module 0~1Khz to 0~10V Digital to Analog Signal Module
$ 14.99
Features:
- The 0-1KHz frequency pulse signal is converted into a 0-10V analog voltage signal by this module.
- The module can be used for interface conversion between PLC and frequency converter or matching control of interface between motion control card and frequency converter.
- Input pulse level of 5/12/24V can be directly input without resistance.But input signal frequency should maintain more than 0.5 seconds.
- All parts of the converter module are well-selected of good durability and high quality.
- The module is stable and has great performance while using.

Note:
- The multi-turn potentiometer on the board is used to calibrate the corresponding relationship between frequency and voltage.
- The input power supply voltage range is 12-30VDC. It is recommended that the power supply voltage be 15-24VDC. When the 12V level is used, the power supply cannot be powered by 12VDC. At least 15VDC power supply is required. If you need to use 12V power supply, you can also order 12VDC. Power converter.
At 24 levels, the power supply needs to be powered by 24VDC
- The signal input end is isolated by diaphragm. Guaranteed anti-interference ability.
- If you need to use PLC, support NPN type. Must have a ground wire.
5, if you need to use the encoder, the encoder is required to continue to rotate at a constant speed for more than 0.5 seconds.
6, frequency and voltage conversion module, response time is about 0.3-0.5 seconds.
- If the signal input is turbine flow, etc., due to signal matching, an 817 diaphragm and a resistor must be added to match the flowmeter to normal function.
- Correspondence in use If there is a deviation, you can adjust the blue potentiometer on the board to calibrate. At the time of shipment, we have adjusted the F/v potentiometer to a certain correspondence. It is generally not recommended to adjust it by itself.
