Note:
- Our product is exFAT format, which is different from the commonly used NTFS format. It may cause hard disk damage due to the different hard disk format. Therefore, you can check the specific difference through Google. The exFAT format supports for ordinary home computers, laptops (does not support for Mac OS format, and only support for Mac OS system storage and reading).
- Please use the regulated USB interface and replace it at the back of the chassis, due to the unstable interface voltage on the front of the chassis. The power supply voltage required for the hard disk must be higher than 1.5A. Do not plug or unplug the USB interface with wet hands.
- The hard disk has been tested and formatted before leaving the factory. All hard disk disks are of good quality and do not need to be reformatted.
- We hope that buyers will not disassemble or format our products because there will be some possibility of damage. If the hard disk is modified, formatted or programmed, the possibility of damage is high. If used normally, it works very fast and qualified.

- The hard disk supplier is using decimal arithmetic: 1MB = 1000KB, 1G = 1000MB, but the operating system uses binary arithmetic: 1MB = 1024KB, 1GB = 1024MB. Thus, there are some differences between the display capacity and the nominal hard drive capacity of the product. However, this is permitted, so please do not question its authenticity.
