How to use the pheasant tool:

Separate the upper testicle with the forceps; take back the forceps, use the right hand and the index finger to hold the end of the spoon, the left hand and the index finger slide to the end of the cable, tighten the tail of the wire, and use the wire end of the right hand. Extend the wire around the root of the testicle and grasp the testicles.
