PTC Air heater with fan series product instructions:
- When bare wire extends from the heater, the positive and negative electrodes are not distinguished. Please input the rated voltage and the sufficient current.
- When bare wire extends from the fan, the red is positive electrode and the black is negative electrode. Please input the rated voltage and the sufficient current.
- The heater can be used in extremely humid air environment. It doesn't matter if a small amount of water droplets are splashed on the surface of the heater, but they can't be immersed in
liquid.
- The heater's black bracket insulation is high temperature resistant, but the metal part is conductive. Please pay attention to safety when using.
- The heater's fan life span is 3-5 years, 20000-30000 hours.
- The heater is equipped with a chip of 230. When the fan blows, the surface temperature of the heater is about 100.When the fan breaks down and stops rotating, please stop using the
heater to avoid potential safety hazards.
- When the heater is used for the first time, there may be a little smoke or odor, which is due to the oil stain and heat conductive adhesive volatilization left by stamping aluminium corrugation. It is a normal phenomenon and will disappear in a short time.
- The power of the product is related to the use mode, heat dissipation conditions, environmental temperature and other factors. The rated power given by us refers to the power measured at
the ambient temperature of 24. Under these conditions, the air temperature at 5cm from the outlet is about 50 Celsius. (when the ambient temperature drops, the power of the heater will
rise.)
- If used in a small enclosed space, after working for a period of time, when the ambient temperature near the heater rises, the energy consumption of the heater will gradually decrease,
which is the energy-saving characteristic of PTC products themselves.
- Safety, stability, energy saving, environmental protection and long service life are the most significant advantages of PTC products. The normal use of 5000 to 10000 hours, power
attenuation is about 15%. (Unlimited times of switches)
Pay attention:
Dissipated power: (due to the different user mode of use, as well as the energy-saving characteristics of PTC itself, the energy consumption of insulating PTC air heater products in actual use is mostly in the range of 50%~100% of its rated power.)
Dry burning power: about 15% of rated power. (In actual use, do not dry burning heaters; choose PTC products that we can dry burning in air.)
