Usage: Use with uv gel base coat and cat eye magnet to create magic shinny cool colors
How To Use:
Step 1: Apply the base coat and put it under light for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Apply the powder evenly and use brush to clean the extra powder.
Step 3: Apply the top coat
Step 4: Use the magnet close to nail for about 5 seconds, and put it under light for 2 minutes.
