1The film pressure sensor is composed of polyester film with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, highly conductive material and nanoscale pressure-sensing material. 2The top layer is the flexible film and the pressure sensitive layer composited on it, the bottom layer is the flexible film and the conductive circuit composited on it. 3When the sensing area is under pressure, the circuits that are disconnected from each other at the bottom layer are connected through the pressure sensitive layer at the top layer, and the resistance output value of the port varies with the pressure. 4The resistance of the pressure sensor decreases with the increase of the pressure applied to the sensing zone. 5The single sensing zone sensor is equivalent to a two-port variable resistor whose resistance value is controlled by pressure, also equivalent to a switch with a certain threshold, which is determined jointly by the pressure and device parameter setting.
