How to Use:
- Check whether the ground wire and power wire of the ultrasonic cleaner are leaking.
- Add cleaning fluid to the cleaning tank. When cleaning, the height of the deep liquid level should not be lower than one third of the cleaning tank. When cleaning, please add the corresponding cleaning agent according to different product requirements to ensure the cleaning effect. All cleaning agents must conform to the non corrosive ultrasonic cleaning machine slot and shell.
- Set the cleaning temperature according to the cleaning needs (refer to machines with temperature control).
- Put the cleaning object into the metal cleaning blue, and set the cleaning time according to the degree of fouling of the cleaning object, usually 3 to 30 minutes, especially difficult to clean substances, the cleaning time can be extended appropriately. NO means continuous work, OFF means shutdown.
- The heavier objects are hung in the cleaning liquid through the hanger to enhance the cleaning effect and improve the cleaning quality (putting it directly will affect the cleaning effect). Small objects can be cleaned in a glass filled with cleaning fluid. Generally does not affect the cleaning effect.
- Take out the cleaning material, replace the cleaning fluid and clean it again by ultrasonic or directly rinse it with water.
- When not in use for a long time, drain the cleaning fluid in the tank and scrub the body clean.
