Product Description:
- The ZVS mini board without taps, without high-voltage package, cooling fan, etc.
- This kit requires certain hands-on skills and related knowledge. If you do nt even use a soldering iron, and the positive and negative poles of the power supply are not divided, it is recommended not to shoot. There is a problem with the photo, the seller does not bear any responsibility!
- Maximum power 120W (at 12V induction heating). When pushing the high voltage package 12V, the primary 5 + 5 turns, about 30W.
- The input voltage is DC 5V ~ 12V. This voltage range is the working voltage, not the voltage when the power supply is not loaded!
(The seller does not guarantee normal operation if the voltage exceeds 12V or below 5V. If the input voltage is not within this range, the seller will not be liable if something goes wrong!)
When using batteries and batteries for power supply, the voltage must be above 4.5V when working! If you cannot ensure that the voltage is always above 4.5V during work, do not use batteries or batteries for power supply! Do not use dry batteries for power!

- Heating Coil
The width of the heated object should be between 1/3 and 1/2 of the inner diameter of the heating coil, and the maximum should not exceed 2/3!
The diameter of the heating object should be controlled within 20mm as much as possible. If it is too large, it will be more difficult to heat to red. After all, the power is limited.
In induction heating, it usually takes 5 minutes to power off and cool down. Because the current is relatively large during induction heating, the coil heat is also relatively large. When heating, part of the heat generated by the heated object will be transferred to the heating coil, and the temperature of the heating coil will be very high for a long time. If the heating coil is connected to the terminal, the plastic part of the terminal will melt away! Therefore, in induction heating, it is best to solder the heating coil directly to the PCB. Buyers should pay attention to this point.
It is recommended to use a copper tube as a coil for a long time and cool it with water.
