Scoreboard Display:
- Single quarter game time, timing method countdown, editable. Displayed in (min:sec) format when greater than 1 minute, and in (sec:ms) format when less than 1 minute

- Number of fouls displayed from 0 to 9
- Number of timeouts displayed from 0 to 4
