Working principle:
When the gas enters the exhaust valve chamber and gathers in the upper part of the exhaust valve, with the increase of the gas in the valve, the pressure rises. When the gas pressure is greater than the system pressure, the water level in the chamber will drop, and the buoy will drop with the water level and open the exhaust port. After the exhaust gas is exhausted, the water level will rise, and the buoy will also rise, closing the exhaust port. When the negative pressure is generated in the system, the water level in the valve chamber drops and the exhaust port opens. Because the external atmospheric pressure is higher than the system pressure, the atmosphere will enter the system through the exhaust port to prevent the harm of negative pressure.

System emptying:
When the system is empty, a negative pressure difference is formed, and the air pushes the float downward. The dynamic quick intake and exhaust interfaces are opened, and air enters the air valve to avoid vacuum negative pressure in the system.
Installation of air valves:
- Air valves must be installed vertically, i.e. the buoy inside them must be kept in a vertical state to avoid affecting the exhaust.
- When installing, it is better to install with the partition valve, so that when it needs to be removed for repair, the system can be sealed and the water will not flow out.
- It is generally installed at the highest point of the system, which is conducive to improving the exhaust efficiency.
- Low system pressure is not only harmful to exhaust, but also increases the possibility of leakage.
Note:
- The installation position of the exhaust valve must be the highest point of the pipeline. In order to reduce the internal pressure of the system, it can reduce the pressure and prevent negative pressure.
