Matters needing attention:
1: Balloons all have a loss rate of 1% - 5%, which is acceptable!
2: Our products are 100% live shot, due to the different environment of the balloon and the factors such as the display, shooting equipment and shooting angle. There will be slight color difference between the real object and the picture. Please shoot again if you can accept it!
3: Please check the goods within 24 hours after receiving the goods personally, and contact the customer service for us to find out if there is a shortage of goods. If it is overdue, it will be deemed as confirmation of receipt!
4: Aluminum film balloon and latex balloon should try to avoid sharp objects, unclean ground, direct sunlight and excessive extrusion that may damage and burst the ball!
5: All the balloons we sell are not inflated, so customers need to inflate themselves. The balloon itself will not float, and the air filled with ordinary inflator will not float. The balloon must be filled with helium to float!
