Product information:
This induction heating circuit uses 12-48V low-voltage DC power supply, the maximum input current is 20A, the short-term maximum power is 1000W, and the long-term working power is 500W.
A fan must be used to dissipate heat from components such as capacitors and inductors on the circuit board, and water cooling must be used to cool the heating copper tube.
It can be used for DIY players to do heat treatment such as quenching and annealing for small parts, and can also be used with graphite crucibles to smelt gold, silver, copper, aluminum and other metals.
The supplied crucible can hold 200 grams of gold, and about 100 grams of silver or copper.
This circuit can directly heat iron, carbon steel, graphite, titanium alloy and other materials, but copper, aluminum, and 304 stainless steel heat very slowly.
Graphite crucibles are consumables, and will be oxidized into carbon dioxide with use, and can be used more than 10 times.
24V -36V 15A or more: Use a crucible to melt aluminum.
48V 20A or more Gold, silver and copper can be melted using a crucible.
