How to assemble
1. Inflate the balloon with a pump and fasten it. Supports air and helium. Do not fill the balloon to avoid sunburn or overheating. (80% will be perfect)
2. Measure the balloon strip and cut it to the required length, leaving extra space at each end for later hanging decorations.
3. Pull out the latex balloon knot through the belt hole.
4. Change the decoration band of the balloon into the shape you want.
