Used for welding 18650/26650/32650 lithium batteries, advantages: portable, stable, reliable, and durable.
Users need to bring their own 12V battery for power supply, and the welding current is about 90A~150A. It is easy to weld the common 0.1mm~0.12mm nickel plated sheet. After several generations of Product updates, it is now upgraded to automatically trigger welding and release the finger of the button.

The battery pack that can start the car can basically meet the power supply needs of this circuit
Switch function: press the switch for 1.5 seconds to turn on (green light flashes, output low power spot welding pulse every 3 seconds or so), press switch for 1.5 seconds (blue light flash, output medium Power spot welding pulse every 3 seconds or so), press switch 1.5 Seconds (red light flashes, high-power spot welding pulse is output every 3 seconds) Press the switch for 1.5 seconds to shut down.
Instructions for use
Function buttons: 1, used to switch the machine, 2 used to switch gears, turn on the power to default to the first gear, press the button for 2 seconds to release, the gear increases by one gear, the buzzer Sounds and the LED flashes the number of times corresponding to the gear
For example: 3rd gear, the buzzer beeps three times, and the LED flashes three times
There are 5 gears in total. From gear 1 to gear 5, the spot welding strength is gradually strengthened, and gear 5 is the strongest!
After the 5th gear, press and hold the button again. It will power off, and when it is off, press and hold the button to power on, and the gear will return to the first gear at the same time.
