Double band rule at 90 degrees:
Use the right side of this double strip ruler to cut 1 1/2 inch strip and 2 1/2 inch strips - or use the die cuts that are on the market. Sew these strips together to create a set of 4 strips 1/2 inch wide. Turn the ruler to cut 90-degree triangles that end in 4 inches. Place two strips of fabric - right sides together - and cut 3 pairs of quarter of square triangles at the same time without losing any fabric. The holes in the ruler allow the rotary cutter to cut the triangles without damaging the ruler.
