Blidz Billing Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Blidz. These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Billing Terms") provide important information about the fees, charges, and payment processes associated with using the Blidz platform (the "Platform"). These Billing Terms supplement the Blidz Terms of Service ("General Terms") and the Blidz Membership Terms of Service ("Membership Terms"). In the event of a conflict, the General Terms and Membership Terms shall govern.
1. Payment Processing
All payment processing on the Blidz Platform is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. Blidz does not directly collect, store, or process your credit or debit card details on its servers. Your payment information is transmitted securely to Stripe for processing.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Blidz accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Depending on regional and platform availability, Blidz may also accept payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and other digital wallet methods supported by Stripe. Available payment methods may vary by device, operating system, and region, and are presented to you at checkout.
By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected and that you authorize Blidz to charge your payment method for the full amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes, processing fees, and shipping fees.
3. Product Purchases
When you purchase a product on the Blidz Platform, your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of purchase through Stripe. The amount charged is the Final Price of the Deal, which is calculated based on the Sales Price indicated in the product listing, less any Payout Balance you elect to apply as a discount. Products are listed and sold by third-party Merchants; Blidz facilitates the transaction as a marketplace platform.
For Team-Buy Deals, your payment is processed at the time you initiate or join the deal. If a Team-Buy Deal expires because no other Buyer joins within 24 hours, the full payment amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Any Payout Balance applied to the expired deal will be refunded to your Payout Balance.
Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for charges or refunds to appear on your account statement, depending on the policies of your payment provider.
4. Membership Billing
a. Membership Plans and Pricing
The Blidz Membership program offers multiple tiers (Plus, Premium, and Ultra) with weekly, monthly, or annual billing options. Current pricing for each tier and billing frequency is detailed in the Blidz Membership Terms of Service and is presented to you prior to enrollment. The Blidz Membership program includes a complimentary 1-day trial (24 hours from trial activation), after which the subscription will renew automatically at the applicable rate.
b. Auto-Renewal and Recurring Charges
Your membership auto-renews at the then-current rate on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annual, depending on the plan selected) unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period.
Before subscribing, you will be presented with a clear and conspicuous summary of the material terms, including the recurring charge amount, billing frequency, the deadline by which you must act to prevent the next charge, and how to cancel. You must provide your separate, affirmative consent to the auto-renewal terms before you may be charged. Blidz does not use pre-checked boxes or any other mechanism that would enroll you in an auto-renewing subscription without your explicit, affirmative action.
Upon successful enrollment, Blidz will send you a confirmation that includes a summary of the subscription terms, the amount charged, the next billing date, and instructions on how to cancel.
c. Card Authorization and Holds
As part of the initiation of a Blidz Membership, Blidz may execute a provisional authorization hold on your payment card to verify its validity. This hold is typically released; however, if you fail to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, the held amount may be applied toward the cost of membership renewal.
d. Failed Payments and Retries
If your payment method on file is declined or otherwise fails at the time of a scheduled renewal, all membership benefits will be suspended immediately. Our payment provider may retry the charge multiple times over a period of up to two (2) weeks. If all retry attempts fail, your membership will be automatically cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and valid.
e. Reactivation and Outstanding Dues
If you have a past-due but not yet cancelled membership and elect to reactivate (including during a product checkout), Blidz reserves the right to process any outstanding invoice using the payment method provided at the time of reactivation.
5. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your Blidz Membership at any time. Cancellation is primarily available directly through the Blidz app (in your account settings or subscription management section). We make cancellation as straightforward as enrollment — no extra steps beyond standard app navigation are required. If you encounter any issues, you may also email support@blidz.com. Blidz will provide confirmation of your cancellation promptly upon processing.
Cancellation must occur at least 23 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Simply deleting the Blidz app or your Blidz account does not automatically cancel your subscription, as subscription management and payments are handled through our payment partner.
If you cancel during your trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial period, you will not be charged for future billing periods, but membership fees that have already been charged are non-refundable except as provided under the 30-day money-back guarantee for the initial membership fee or where required by applicable law.
6. Refunds
a. Membership Refunds
Blidz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee exclusively for your initial membership fee. If you request a refund within 30 days of the initial charge, it will be processed promptly. This guarantee applies solely to the first payment. Except as provided above or where required by applicable law, all membership fees are non-refundable, including subsequent renewals, partial periods, or unused portions of your membership.
b. Product Refunds
If you need to return a product, please refer to the Return Policy set forth in the General Terms (Section VI). Refunds for product purchases will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Any Payout Balance used to pay for a Deal will be refunded as Payout Balance.
c. Refund Requests
To request a refund under the money-back guarantee, contact our support team at support@blidz.com with your account details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Blidz reserves the right to deny refunds for violations of the General Terms.
7. Changes to Membership Fees
Blidz may modify membership fees, tiers, benefits, or withdrawal limits at any time. If Blidz increases membership fees for current subscribers, Blidz will provide advance notice of no less than fourteen (14) days via email or in-app notification prior to the effective date of such increase. If you do not agree to the increased fees, you may cancel your membership before the next billing cycle at the increased rate. If you cancel within fourteen (14) days of the first charge at the increased rate, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of that billing period. Continued use of the membership after the increased fee takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Taxes
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from purchases made through the Platform, the receipt of Payout Balance, or withdrawals thereof. Blidz does not provide tax advice and may be required to report payout information to applicable tax authorities.
9. Changes to Billing Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these Billing Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after receiving such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Billing Terms.
